Akegera Wildlife safari rwanda – 3 days
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Akagera National Park plus an Evening game drive.
Drive to the Eastern part of Rwanda where you will find Akagera National Park bordering the beautiful undulating plains, dense broad-leafed woodland, and lighter acacia woodland which make the park very conducive for both wild beast and tourists. On arrival at the park you will do an afternoon game drive which will bring close all wild animals like Giraffes, Buffaloes, Spotted Hyenas, Elephants, Crocodiles, Hippos and plenty of bird life, take right positioned photos. Dinner and overnight at Akagera Game Lodge/Byuma Akagera hostel.
Day 2: Game drives and boat trip on Lake Ihema.
After a cup of tea, undertake a final morning game drive in Akagera national park which will bring to light all the un seen wild animals in the previous day. Return to the lodge for lunch and thereafter go for an afternoon adventure boat trip on lake Ihema.During the activity, you will be able to reach the hippo recreation point Known as Rwanda school of hippos and crocodiles. You will also be able to see other water habitats like different bird species, crocodiles and also variety of Reptiles. Dinner and overnight at Akagera Game Lodge/Byuma Akagera hostel.
Day 3: Departure and an optional city tour.
Spend some time in the morning resting before having late relaxed breakfast. If time allows, have a city tour that will make you get the real picture of Rwanda capital then Transfer to the Airport in the right time for the return flight back home. End of the rwanda safari.
