The Soul-Stirring Gorilla Trek
Witness the majesty of mountain gorillas in their ancient home. This is a day of profound connection with nature. Afternoon relaxation or optional visit to the Twin Lakes.
Golden Monkeys & Drive to the Savanna
After tracking the playful Golden Monkeys, we leave the mountains and head east towards Akagera National Park. The landscape changes dramatically as we reach the savanna. Enjoy a night game drive to find nocturnal species.
Full Day Big Five Game Drive
A full day dedicated to the Big Five. Search for lions, rhinos, and leopards in the northern part of the park. Witness massive herds of elephants and buffalo roaming the plains. Picnic lunch in the bush.
Boat Safari & Lake Ihema
Enjoy a different perspective on a morning boat safari on Lake Ihema. See hippos, massive crocodiles, and incredible birdlife. Afternoon game drive as we head towards the park exit.
Return to Kigali
A final morning game drive before exiting the park. We return to Kigali for a farewell lunch and your airport transfer, completing your grand wildlife loop.
